How C-Level Clarity is Billed

C-Level Clarity is delivered on a subscription basis. The client company is invoiced monthly in arrears. The amount of the invoice is based on metered usage of the number of registered users and the number of data monitoring points for the month.

Subscription terms are month-to-month. The client company can cancel the subscription at any time. There are no upfront costs for the software other than the business modeling costs (see below).

Warranty

We believe that if C-Level Clarity is not working for you and not returning outstanding value, then you shouldn’t have to pay for it. Accordingly, C-Level Clarity comes with an outstanding warranty.

If you do not find a significant, previously unknown problem within the first 90 days, then you get all of your money back!

Estimated Costs

The total monthly cost for C-Level Clarity is approximately $60 to $100 per process. This estimate includes the initial process modeling cost amortized over a 36 month time frame. The service cost for CLC will vary depending upon the size of your company. Smaller companies will be at the lower end of the range, around $60 per process.

The table below shows four sample monthly cost estimates based on number of employees for the company.

Estimated Return on Investment

The return on investment (ROI) will vary from company to company, thus an estimate can only be done in general terms. However, each individual company can reasonably expect a very healthy ROI. An ROI for an average company is shown below. The estimated ROI is 866%.

A study from Gartner across a range of different sized businesses found an average 12% immediate improvement in productivity from implementing process improvement. The gains in this study came from documenting processes, improving communication about the processes, and properly understanding the hand-offs between processes. C-Level Clarity will deliver much more, but, assuming a company receives only this gain, an average company can expect to save  12% of the costs to operate a monitored processes. According to U.S. Census Bureau numbers, all companies across the U.S. average expenses at $1,275,223 per company. This is an average for all companies is all business sectors across the U.S. Based on Enterprise Data Consulting estimates, this works out to expenses of approximately $57,965 per process per year. The 12% savings on each process are $6,960 per year

Compare the $6,960 savings to the cost of C-Level Clarity which is approximately $720 per process per year. This is a return on investment ((Improvement—Cost)/ Cost) of roughly 866%.

Each month, for each process monitored, the average company will spend $60 and save $580.

Business Modeling Costs

C-Level Clarity is implemented and runs integrated with a model (diagram) of the business processes. Creating this model is an initial one-time activity. The result is workflow diagrams created in Business Process Modeling Notation that show the business processes for all areas of the business being monitored. Enterprise Data Consulting creates this model at a cost of $325 per process.
