Implement

C-Level Clarity is implemented by first creating workflow diagrams for the business processes that will be monitored. Once the workflow diagrams are created, the data monitoring requirements will be determined and the data in the company’s information systems identified. EDC will create the workflow diagrams and the data monitoring requirements for each process to be monitored. The company will provide approximately one hour of time from a subject matter expert for each process monitored.

C-Level Clarity is usually installed and running within two to three weeks. It will require another two weeks for the monitored data to stabilize and meaningful results to be available. C-Level Clarity runs in real time after that. The timeline is shown below.

Operate

As seen in the below graphic, C-Level Clarity operates in an environment of continuous improvement.

- The first step is the one-time implementation. This creates the Model environment.

- From here, C-Level Clarity works autonomously to Monitor data from the existing enterprise applications. These are the various applications and data stores that the company uses on a regular basis to conduct its business. These can be the CRM, ERP, or HR systems or can be individual spreadsheets or on-line reports.

- The next step is the Measure step. Here C-Level Clarity performs a continuous and automatic analysis of the monitored data. The results are available 24/7 through any standard Internet browser. Critical results can generate email alerts to specified personnel.

- The Improve step is where company owners, managers, supervisors, or process improvement personnel direct changes to the operations to improve the way the business operates. These changes are reflected in the model and the cycle starts again automatically.
